    Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it or have advised you to refrain from exercise of movement. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately. Though this program is designed by a pelvic floor physiotherapist (physical therapist), it is being taught as a general exercise program. This program is not considered physiotherapy (physical therapy) and the education and exercise program given is not a Physiotherapy (physical therapy) program. Any instruction, advice, or education presented herein is in no way intended to act as or substitute for physiotherapy (physical therapy) intervention, medical advice or counselling.
